_Pre-Launch — BuildGrid is currently offered as a pre-launch pilot._

1. **Scope.** BuildGrid is a company operating platform for contracting and engineering businesses. You agree to use it within its intended scope.

2. **Account responsibility.** You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential.

3. **Acceptable use.** Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other companies' data, upload malicious content, or interfere with the service.

4. **Your data.** Business data you enter belongs to you. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

5. **Availability.** BuildGrid is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

6. **AI features.** BuildGrid includes read-only AI assistance that may produce suggestions or summaries which can be incorrect; you remain responsible for your business decisions.

7. **Changes.** These terms may be updated. When they change, a new version is published and your continued use may require accepting the new version.
