_Pre-Launch — BuildGrid is currently offered as a pre-launch pilot._

**Data we process** (only categories the product actually supports):

• Account identity (name, email).
• Company / business profile data.
• Operational data (projects, procurement, inventory, quality, documents).
• Financial data (invoices, bills, payments, ledger) — sensitive banking fields are encrypted at rest.
• Files you upload.
• AI interaction telemetry (for security and quality).
• Security and operational logs.
• Connected Google integration metadata and tokens (encrypted) when you choose to connect Google.
• Backup / disaster-recovery copies of the above.

**Your data belongs to you.** BuildGrid does not sell customer business data.

**Service providers we use to run the platform:** Supabase (database/storage), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare R2 (backup storage), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (transactional email), an AI provider (only when AI is used), and Google APIs (only when you connect Google).

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data through your workspace administrator.
